NovaWorld Phan Thiet Golf Club has become the latest venue in the emerging golfing powerhouse of Vietnam to join the stable of clubs managed by 54.
Designed by two-time Major winner and revered course architect Greg Norman, the Ocean and Garden Courses have gained acclaim for their stunning natural settings and challenging layouts. Now in their fifth year of operation, the clubs are poised to become a regional landmark for golf tourism and international sporting excellence.
This strategic partnership marks a pivotal milestone in the evolution of NovaWorld Phan Thiet Golf Club, as the destination continues to elevate its service standards and global appeal under the guidance of one of the golf industry’s most visionary operators.
According to a representative of NovaWorld Phan Thiet Golf Club: “We are very much looking forward to having 54 lead our golf operations. This is more than a management contract, it is a visionary alliance that combines NovaGroup’s ambition with 54’s global precision. Together, we aim to set new benchmarks for golf hospitality and customer experience in Vietnam.”
With over a decade of experience managing premier golf and hospitality destinations across more than 10 countries, 54 has quickly established a strong footprint in Vietnam over the past year.
The group brings a proven track record of developing integrated golf resorts and operating in some of the world’s most prominent golf events, including LIV Golf and the International Series.
Ben Styles, Executive Director 54 Vietnam and a seasoned golf executive with over 18 years of experience managing top-tier golf properties across Vietnam, will play an instrumental role in aligning NovaWorld Phan Thiet Golf Club’s vision with global standards.
He will guide the transition process, shape the long-term operational model, and ensure the club’s offerings reflect the excellence expected of an international golf destination.
Dandelly Nguyen, Managing Director 54 Vietnam, said: “At 54, we see change as an opportunity to grow. This partnership allows us to bring international expertise to a project with incredible local potential. It’s about creating long-term value, empowering Vietnamese talent, and shaping a future where golf plays a central role in Vietnam’s global presence. We are excited to contribute our energy and commitment to this transformative journey.”
The partnership also aligns with NovaWorld Phan Thiet Golf Club’s broader vision to become a driving force in Vietnam’s sports industry. In August 2025, the resort will host the inaugural Festival of Sports, reinforcing its position as a pioneering destination for wellness, lifestyle, and international athletic events.
Together, NovaWorld Phan Thiet Golf Club and 54 are setting the stage for a new era in Vietnam’s golf and sports tourism landscape, where global standards meet local ambition to unlock sustainable growth and international recognition.
