54 is partnering with the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia (JCSA) to stage the Asian Racing Federation’s (ARF) 41st conference in Riyadh next February.

Held every 18-36 months, the leading lights of the global horse racing industry will converge on the Saudi capital for the Asian Racing Conference (ARC) from February 9-14, a prestigious get-together of senior racing leaders and administrators, with the JCSA serving as the event’s official host.

Staged during the same week as The Saudi Cup, the 41st ARC offers delegates the unique chance to be part of two of the racing world’s most significant events.

The conference is expected to attract more than 700 industry personnel from the world of racing with some 40 jurisdictions and regions represented.

It will feature an extensive Business Programme including panel discussions, keynote speakers, and fireside chats involving the industry’s key thought leaders covering a range of governance, integrity, welfare and rights issues.

Accompanying the main event will be cultural activities to immerse international delegates in the heritage and storied equine past and future of Riyadh and Saudi Arabia. The event will mark a significant moment for the Kingdom’s equestrian and sporting sectors, highlighting Riyadh’s growing reputation as a destination for world-class events.

As the appointed event delivery partner, 54 will be supporting the JCSA in the planning, production, and coordination of all conference operations, as well as the development of the official digital communications platforms. Preparations are already underway, with a dedicated team being assembled to manage logistics, content programming and international coordination.

Almamoun Alshingiti, CEO of 54 KSA, said: "Away from the track there is no bigger occasion in the Asian racing world than the Asian Racing Conference, and 54 is extremely excited about this fantastic project.

"Working closely with the teams at the ARF and the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, we are looking forward to giving the decision makers in Asia’s horse racing scene the ideal environment for a stunning, engaging conference, as well as showcasing the amazing equine history we have here in the Kingdom."

The 54 team, seasoned in simultaneously executing innovative major events and their respective entertainment set-pieces, will also be responsible for the conference’s social functions which include an opening and closing ceremony as well as the theme, content, experience and operations at a special cultural evening.

The partnership with JCSA further expands the sporting footprint of 54, which already works with rightsholders, brands and governing bodies from the world of golf, basketball, football, boxing, padel, lacrosse and motorsport in its expanding global stable.
